What is CaseTrust?

The CaseTrust for Education scheme has been formulated by CASE (The Consumer Association of Singapore) for the Singapore education industry to enhance the confidence of international students in the quality of Singapore education.
The regulatory framework focuses on building trustworthiness, professionalism, and business and academic excellence. It has 2 tiers - first, an essential or mandatory tier, which requires Private Schools to ensure high quality student welfare practices and standards and gives schools the right to enrol international students. Second, a voluntary tier, tied to privileges, is focused on enhancing business and academic excellence. CaseTrust is part of the essential tier under the regulatory framework.
