TRANSFER / WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. Voluntary Transfer / Withdrawal

The school takes all efforts to prevent students from having to transfer / withdraw from an educational programme through conducting pre-course counselling programme and establishing sufficient communication channels to disseminate appropriate information to the students prior to them enrolling into the programme.

However, should the student wish to transfer or withdraw from the programme, the school has a Withdrawal / Transfer Policy in place to facilitate such requests.

All students who wish to transfer / withdraw from a programme has to put up a Letter of Transfer / Withdrawal with relevant supporting documents (if any). Upon receipt of the Letter and documents, a counselling session will be arranged by the school for the Principal / Operations Manager to meet up with the student and his / her parent / guardian, if the student is below 18 years of age. The school will consider the reasons behind the transfer / withdrawal request, recommend the approval accordingly and proceed to make any refund (if any) according to the Refund Policy. All students will receive the final results of their transfer / withdrawal requests within a period of 28 days from date of submission of such requests.

The school will follow up with ICA to cancel the student pass for cases of withdrawal or make changes to it in cases of transfer, where applicable. The school will follow up with the FPS provider to coordinate any administrative issues (if any) concerning FPS. For transfer case, the school will terminate the existing student contract, issue a new student contract and make arrangements to transit student into new programme.

2. Enforced Withdrawal / Termination

Should a student be forced to withdraw from a programme due to breaking of Singapore’s Law, failure to meet the minimum attendance rate, continuous breaking of school rules, behavioural problems or any other issues that necessitate the school to terminate the student from the programme, the student will automatically lost the privilege to request for any refund. The Student Pass for international students will be cancelled by the school.

3. Management of Dispute Arising From Transfer / Withdrawal

Any dispute concerning transfer / withdrawal that the school and the student cannot resolve will be referred to CPE.
